Lorelai is a spunky red head. She is 5 years old and has been battling acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) for the past 2.5 years. She was diagnosed at the age of 3 after many failed doctors visits and being misdiagnosed for several months. She was diagnosed in Charlotte, North Carolina where we lived at the time. Logan was a happy and healthy four year old who loved everything about vacumm cleaners and Mickey Mouse. The first week of September Logan was sick for a week with a low grade fever, however no other symptoms. We took him to see the pediatrician where a cbc was obtained.
