Logan was a happy and healthy four year old who loved everything about vacumm cleaners and Mickey Mouse. The first week of September Logan was sick for a week with a low grade fever, however no other symptoms. We took him to see the pediatrician where a cbc was obtained. Logan was very neutropenic as his WBC and ANC were extremely low. Logan was admitted to Children’s Hospital and received a bone marrow biopsy. After two bone marrow biopsy we finally received a diagnosis. On September 22nd Logan was diagnosed with ALL. Our entire world was turned upside down as we tried to manage Logan’s new diagnosis and care for his three siblings. The first month was difficult as he spent approximately 20 days in the hospital. Logan just finished induction phase and has moved onto the next phase of treatment. We take things day by day now. We are so blessed with such an amazing son who is cleaning up cancer.

Every child who has been diagnosed with childhood cancer inspires us to Rally On to find better treatments with fewer long-term side effects and, ultimately, cures. Please join us in the fight against childhood cancer by making a donation or setting up your own Rally fundraiser today.
