Beginning June of 2015, Jeremiah began to experience off and on high temperatures in the range of 104. Becoming a familiar face at the local Urgent Care, Jeremiah was diagnosed with Bronchitis and Walking Pneumonia, before finally being diagnosed with ALL on July 12, 2015. On May 19, 2015, Jennifer was taken to her primary care doctor because she was pale, tired, and just wasn’t herself. He sent us to our local hospital for overnight observation, with in 2 hours we were headed to Egleston. She was life flighted because her blood count was so low. Jenna was diagnosed January 15, 2015 by her hometown pediatrician. She had been complaining about hand pain and we have been on our cancer journey ever since. Since she has not allowed cancer to bring her down, she still plays softball, continues to go to school and maintains A-B grades and stays smiling. Jaxon was diagnosed with Lymphoblastic Lymphoma on April 10, 2018 at the age of 5. About a month before that, he had a lymph node near his collar bone grow but after a trip to the ER, his Pediatrician’s office, and several tests done they gave antibiotics and the swelling went down.
