Continuing To Soar

Rally earned a perfect Charity Navigator score, making us the highest-rated pediatric cancer foundation in the world.
In 2021, Charity Navigator awarded Rally its first-ever perfect 100 score, a distinction earned by fewer than 1% of nonprofits nationwide.
Each year since then, we’ve earned that perfect score, placing Rally as the most trusted and transparent childhood cancer charity in the country funding research globally and delivering services to childhood cancer families.
This top mark recognizes our unwavering financial stewardship, commitment to accountability and the deep trust our donors place in us. When you give to Rally, you can be confident that your dollars are making a direct, powerful impact.
As Rally grew, so did the needs of the families we serve. When your child is fighting cancer, you go wherever the best treatment is whether that’s across the state or across the country. But travel costs add up fast.
That’s why we launched the Rally Travel Fund: to help families get to clinical trials and specialty treatments their child urgently needs. Because nothing should stand between a child and a chance at a cure.
Rally celebrated the FDA’s approval of DFMO (difluoromethylornithine), a neuroblastoma drug that Rally helped fund early in its development.
DFMO works by preventing cancer cells from regrowing after treatment by blocking an enzyme called ornithine decarboxylase (ODC), which fuels tumor growth. It’s not a chemotherapy drug. It’s a maintenance therapy designed to help kids stay cancer-free after standard treatment ends.
Rally’s early seed-funding investment helped make this breakthrough possible.
We also expanded west to Utah, deepening our presence in Salt Lake City with passionate volunteers, generous donors and families ready to Rally. What began in a single driveway is now a national movement coast to coast and growing.
This is the power of people.
This is the power of purpose.
This is Rally.
