In August, Bella was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic Leukemia. Due to a series of infections, misdiagnoses, and incorrect treatments, she developed a fungal infection in her brain. She has since endured two brain surgeries and the removal of her lower left lobe of her lung and one rib to fight the infection, while also battling as pneumonia and blood clots. Once Bella is stronger, she will be back to chemo treatment as well as neurological and physical rehabilitation. Thankfully things are looking up! After so many set backs, Bella is beginning to walk on her own again and sang for the first time since removing half of her lung. Her family does everything they can to support her and incentivize her to keep fighting.

Every child who has been diagnosed with childhood cancer inspires us to Rally On to find better treatments with fewer long-term side effects and, ultimately, cures. Please join us in the fight against childhood cancer by making a donation or setting up your own Rally fundraiser today.
