Hattie was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia in April 2018 at nine months old. The disease was detected after Hattie developed nodules in her skin. She endured four rounds of chemotherapy, total body irradiation and a bone marrow transplant. She also spent some time in the ICU on a ventilator due to significant organ damage from her cancer treatment. As of January 2020, Hattie is showing 100% donor cells and is in complete remission. Her parents pray for her continued health and healing.

Hattie was restricted from life for her first couple of years. She was unable to be around kids and needed to stay out of public settings while her immune system healed. She has only recently been able to enjoy the many things toddlers love to do. She enjoys her dance class, music, animals and being outside.

Every child who has been diagnosed with childhood cancer inspires us to Rally On to find better treatments with fewer long-term side effects and, ultimately, cures. Please join us in the fight against childhood cancer by making a donation or setting up your own Rally fundraiser today.
