Lorelai is a spunky red head. She is 5 years old and has been battling acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) for the past 2.5 years. She was diagnosed at the age of 3 after many failed doctors visits and being misdiagnosed for several months. She was diagnosed in Charlotte, North Carolina where we lived at the time. We moved to Atlanta in October of 2013 and she completed her treatment on November 12, 2014. On January 15, 2015 Lorelai was finally able to get her port out!! We are very excited and very nervous at the same time, as we start this new journey in life.
