Amy Samsury

Rally Project Specialist

Amy serves as the Development Specialist. In this role she provides support to the leadership team. She also serves as our event volunteer coordinator. Amy is intimately familiar with the challenges of pediatric cancer as she is mom to leukemia survivor and Rally Kid, Danielle. She is a passionate advocate for Rally families and parents whose children are fighting cancer. Amy earned her undergraduate degree in psychology and is a proud member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Class of ’95 (Whoop!). Before Rally, Amy was a high school teacher and homeschooled all three of her children. Amy enjoys watching college sports and reading in her spare time. She and her husband, Chris, and their yorkie live in the Woodstock area and enjoy traveling to see sons Bryan and his wife, Brenna, Brandon and his wife, Kenzie, and daughter Danielle, who all currently live out-of-state.
