Marta Sanchez-Martin, PHD

Ikena Oncology – Associate Director, Translational Science

Dr. Sanchez-Martin is a translational scientist committed to bringing new therapies to the clinic for pediatric oncology patients. She now serves as Translational Lead of TEAD and MEK inhibitor programs with Ikena Oncology. Dr. Martin-Sanchez has over 14 years of experience investigating the molecular bases of drug response and resistance in cancer and over six years of industry experience leading studies and scientists to build MOA-guided combination and biomarker strategies for new oncology therapeutics.

Dr. Martin-Sanchez earned her PhD from Columbia University.
