Dr. Johnston is a pediatric oncologist at the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Her research focuses on health disparities in end-of-life care for children with cancer. In particular, she is interested in how we determine what good end-of-life care is for children with cancer and how we can ensure everyone has access to the end-of-life care they deserve.
