Marionna was diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) which is a genetic disorder that can affect multiple systems of the body. NF1 is characterized by neurofibromas (small benign growths) on or under the skin. Marionna did develop a malignant tumor. She has since passed away. Marionna was a happy, friendly fourth-grader who loved to dance and spend time with her younger siblings.

Every child who has been diagnosed with childhood cancer inspires us to Rally On to find better treatments with fewer long-term side effects and, ultimately, cures. Please join us in the fight against childhood cancer by making a donation or setting up your own Rally fundraiser today.
