Scottlyn’s Cancer Journey
Hi, I’m Scottlyn! I was recently diagnosed with Leukemia at the age of 4. Prior to being diagnosed, I was your typical four year old. Running & staying active, enrolled in pre-k and enjoying life. Since my diagnosis, I have had to slow down quite a bit but cancer hasn’t stopped me completely. I still love to do the things I enjoyed prior to my diagnosis in November 2022. However, I just have to take a lot more breaks to rest my body now. My favorite thing to do is play dolls with my sisters. When I grow up I want to be a police officer!
With the diagnosis I have and the treatment plan I’m on, my chemotherapy schedule varies. Some weeks I may have chemo weekly and sometimes it may be once every 10 days. I am looking forward to a day when there is a cure for childhood cancer. Please consider donating to Rally to help make this possible for kids like me!
