Dean Crowe
Founder & CEO
Dean Crowe is founder and CEO of Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research, a national nonprofit based in Atlanta with the mission to empower volunteers across the country to raise awareness and funds for childhood cancer research to help find better treatments with fewer long-term side and, ultimately, cures.
Under her leadership, Rally has awarded $40.5 million in research grants to investigators around the world through a rigorous peer-review process. Those investments have helped leverage over $1 billion in additional research funding from federal agencies and foundations. Rally has also advocated for and helped secure $317.5 million in Department of Defense funding for cancers affecting children, adolescents and young adults.
Dean works closely with Rally’s board of directors, advisors and medical advisory board to guide the organization’s strategic vision and impact. She also created the Collaborative Pediatric Cancer Research Awards Program, which streamlines grant review and strengthens partnerships across childhood cancer organizations.
Dean is a graduate of Auburn University and completed Executive Education in Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management at Harvard Business School. She serves on the board of advisors for Oncoheroes Biosciences and for Auburn University’s College of Human Sciences. Dean and her husband, Reid, live in Atlanta and love to visit their two sons and their families.
Reid Crowe

Reid Crowe
Co-Founder, CFO and COO
Reid Crowe is co-founder, CFO and COO of Rally Foundation. He sets organizational, directional and structural goals, and oversees financial operations, ensuring the staff and volunteers at the core of Rally’s mission have the resources they need.
Before Rally, Reid served as U.S. director of sales with Accriva Diagnostics, and held roles at Abbott Diagnostics and Biosite Diagnostics. He built his leadership style through coaching his two sons in baseball for 27 seasons, reaching the championship game 22 times. It was during one of those seasons that Reid met and coached William Olson, who later became the inspiration for Rally and its first Rally Kid.
Reid has served on the Rally board of directors for 19 years. He and his wife, Dean, live in Atlanta and have two sons, Jonathan and Russ, along with their wives and children. They enjoy traveling, college football, good food and spending time with family, their grandchildren and friends.
Emily Kallos
Vice President of Development

Emily Kallos
Vice President of Development
Emily leads Rally’s fundraising strategy, overseeing individual, corporate and foundation giving to advance the mission to cure childhood cancer. Her passion for this work began on a deeply personal level after losing her mother to a blood cancer. Determined to make a difference, Emily, her family and friends raised over $300,000 in two years. This was the catalyst to transition her career into the nonprofit sector and to raise funds for cancer research. She now focuses on building lasting relationships to help others join in the fight against childhood cancer.
Emily lives in Johns Creek with her husband, Peter, and their dog, Penny. She is a hobby photographer, an active community volunteer and cherishes spending quality time with her friends and family.
Adam Cohen

Adam Cohen
Director of Events and Operations
Adam joined the Rally team in April 2016 as director of events and operations. He oversees the planning of all Rally events and works closely with staff and volunteers to bring these events to life in various locations across the country. He also works with our marketing team and oversees various operational aspects including our technology, systems and organizational processes.
Before joining Rally, Adam worked as an assistant director for JCC Day Camps, special events manager for Camp Twin Lakes and director of events for Telfair Museums in Savannah, Georgia. He currently lives in Dunwoody with his wife, Herchelle, their twins, Elyssa and Joey, and their dog, Kirby. As a family, they love traveling, tailgating and trying new restaurants.
Elaine Kay

Elaine Kay leads Rally Tennessee with passion, humor and a contagious “Rally Bug.” Her connection to the mission started when her son James, at 11, became just the 27th person in the world diagnosed with an aggressive PNET sarcoma of the kidney. Today he’s a healthy Auburn graduate and, with his wife Mattie, is expecting their first child in May 2026.
Elaine holds degrees from Ole Miss and Vanderbilt and is an active member of the historic Kiwanis Club of Nashville. She cherishes family time, traveling to see James and her daughter Caroline (UVA) and their growing families.

Jennifer Kellett
Major Gifts Director
Jennifer brings more than 20 years of nonprofit development experience to her role as director of major gifts at Rally Foundation. She is passionate about advancing the mission of Rally and building meaningful relationships with donors to help advance the fight against childhood cancer.
Jennifer previously served as the director of development and interim executive director for Odyssey Atlanta. She has held key fundraising roles at The High Museum of Art, The Lovett School and The Adaptive Learning Center.
A proud Texan, Jennifer has embraced Atlanta as her home since 1999 where she resides with her husband, Sammy, and son, Sam, as well as their two beloved dogs, Sitka and Macho. Her daughter, Jacqueline, attends Bard College on a Posse Scholarship.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys baking, getting lost in a good book and cherishing quality time with her family and friends.
Emma Strong

Emma Strong
Senior Manager of Rally Families and Advocacy
Emma serves as the senior manager of Rally families and advocacy, and is based in Utah. She oversees the national Rally Kid program as well as multiple fundraising campaigns. She works alongside Dean Crowe on Rally’s advocacy efforts.
Emma joined Rally after graduating from the University of Georgia in 2018. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, traveling and cheering on the Green Bay Packers and the Dawgs.
Leigh Anna Lang

Leigh Anna Lang
Senior Grants Manager
Leigh Anna joined Rally Foundation in 2018 and manages Rally’s grant portfolio. She serves as the primary point of contact for Rally’s medical advisory board, co-funding partners and Rally-funded researchers, ensuring that investments in childhood cancer research are strategic and impactful.
Leigh Anna began her career in grant development and fundraising in Philadelphia with a nonprofit theater company. After moving to Atlanta, she worked for 10 years as a grant consultant, supporting school districts and nonprofits in securing and managing federal grant funds.
Leigh Anna earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from East Carolina University and her Master of Science from Drexel University. She and her husband, Steven, live in Atlanta with their children, Cooper and Olivia, and their cat, Baxter.

Taylor is senior development manager in our Atlanta office, bringing more than nine years of nonprofit and fundraising experience to her role. She leads the Rally On the Runway Challenge campaign, oversees event sponsorships and supports fundraising efforts across Georgia. She also oversees Rally’s development team in Tennessee.
Outside of work, Taylor loves to travel and spend time outdoors with her husband, Davis, and their dog, Smokey.

Cali Ruth serves as Rally Kid and special projects manager in the Rally Tennessee office, where she leads and grows the Tennessee Rally Kid program. She builds lasting relationships with Rally Kids and their families while helping guide them through and beyond their cancer journeys. She also oversees Rally fundraising initiatives, volunteer engagement and community partnerships.
Cali Ruth graduated from the University of Georgia and is a Certified Child Life Specialist. She is honored to be part of the Rally family and passionate about serving the incredible children and families at the heart of the mission.
In her free time, Cali Ruth enjoys going to concerts, running, and spending time with her husband and nine nieces and nephews.
Chelsea Mullinax

Programs and Projects Manager
Chelsea serves as programs and projects manager in Rally’s Atlanta office, leading initiatives that advance Rally’s mission and community engagement. She oversees the 47 Faces campaign, Rally’s Monthly Donor Program and Rally Young Professionals, while also supporting signature events and development efforts.
Previously, Chelsea served as Rally Kid and development coordinator, working closely with Rally families and visiting kids in the hospital each week. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in Child and Family Development and emphasis in Child Life. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Turner, and their Golden Retriever, Indy.

Haley Scarberry

Haley serves as Rally Kid and program manager for Rally Gulf Coast. She works closely with local Rally Kids and their families as well as building and facilitating relationships within the local community of Pensacola.
Haley was actively involved in Children’s Miracle Network during her time at the University of West Florida where she earned a degree in Communications. She loves her husband, her family, her dogs Harper and Harley, the Auburn Tigers, going to concerts and seeing Elton John.

At Rally, Jessica is committed to advancing the organization’s mission of funding research to find better treatments and cures for childhood cancer. Her expertise and enthusiasm for connecting with the Gulf Coast community ensure that Rally will continue to thrive and make a positive difference in the lives of Rally Kids and their families.

Karla Castellanos serves as digital marketing manager at Rally Foundation, leading digital strategies that deepen engagement, strengthen donor relationships and raise awareness for childhood cancer research.
With a background in both creative design and data-driven decision-making, she blends analytics with storytelling to ensure every campaign advances Rally’s mission. She is passionate about improving processes, exploring new tools and continuously improving digital performance.
Outside of work, Karla enjoys spending time with her husband and their three dogs, exploring trails and taking road trips.
Marla Jendzurski

Marla serves as our executive financial administrator, overseeing Rally’s day-to-day bookkeeping, and is the lead administrator for our Family Emergency Fund. She brings 10 years of experience from the banking industry, combining financial expertise with her passion for supporting childhood cancer research.
Marla is a graduate of the University of Alabama. Roll Tide! She and her husband, Jim, live in Atlanta and have two daughters, Emma and Delaney.

Stefanie McKinney serves as advocacy and grants manager at Rally, where she advances research funding and strengthens advocacy efforts. Her passion for childhood cancer advocacy stems from personal experience. Her daughter survived stage 4 metastatic neuroblastoma, inspiring Stefanie to transform personal challenge into meaningful action.
Stefanie believes that every child deserves access to cutting-edge treatments and that through research, advocacy and collective action, we can move closer to cures.

Catherine Drop
Executive Operations Administrator
Catherine serves as executive operations administrator, supporting Rally’s leadership team and helping ensure operational excellence. With a background in consulting focused on internal communications, she brings a strategic mindset and passion for process improvement. She also organizes volunteers in Atlanta and supports the marketing team with branding and proofreading.
Catherine’s connection to Rally is deeply personal. Her sister, Sarah, is a Rally Kid who battled Ewing sarcoma, motivating Catherine’s commitment to strengthening the systems that support Rally’s mission. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature with her husband, Joshua.

Courtney serves as PR and social media coordinator for Rally Foundation, based in the Atlanta office. She manages public relations and social media efforts to advance Rally’s mission and share the stories of Rally Kids and their families. She first joined Rally as a social media and auction intern during her senior year at Georgia College & State University. She graduated in May 2024 with a degree in Mass Communication and joined the team full-time shortly after.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and attending concerts.

Bryce serves as development associate for Rally Gulf Coast, concentrating on the Destin and 30A communities. He focuses on building awareness and raising funds to support childhood cancer research, connecting with donors, volunteers and community partners.
With more than a decade of experience in nonprofit youth development, leadership and event coordination, Bryce is passionate about bringing people together to make a meaningful impact.
A native of Townsend, Montana, Bryce now resides in Mary Esther, Florida, with his wife, Simone. In his free time, Bryce enjoys being on the water with family and friends and cheering on his favorite sports teams.

Princecine “PJ” Johnson
Senior Advisor, Advocacy & Mission
Princecine “PJ” Johnson is a dedicated advocate for pediatric cancer research. She brings personal experience as the parent of a childhood cancer survivor and 24 years of military service in cybersecurity. PJ joined the Rally team in 2022 as her daughter continued to fight cancer. She promotes increased federal funding, national awareness and policy reforms to accelerate breakthroughs for children, adolescents and young adults with cancer. PJ amplifies the voices of families, survivors, researchers and volunteers, securing resources, shaping legislation and advancing hope, better treatments and cures.
Tami Arrowood

Tami Arrowood
Family Liaison
Tami serves as Rally family liaison, communicating with Rally families, giving a listening ear, connecting them with Rally and finding the resources they need to navigate their journeys. This role comes naturally, as she has been part of the Rally family since July 2010, when her 8-year-old daughter was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer.
Tami is employed full time in a local school working with special needs students. Her heart for these students and our Rally families inspires us all.

Cindi Bonner
Director Emeritus of Rally Gulf Coast
Cindi Bonner is the founder and director emeritus of Rally Gulf Coast. Her journey into childhood cancer advocacy began in May 2013 when a 4-year-old neighbor was diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma. While helping the family build an informative website and Facebook page, Cindi researched the disease. She quickly discovered the severe lack of funding for childhood cancer research. Motivated to make a difference, she launched Rally Gulf Coast.
A fifth generation Pensacolan, Cindi is passionate about philanthropy and giving back to her community. She holds a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and worked in her family business before starting her own fitness company .
Cindi likes spending time with her children, Lauren and Chad, her husband Chad and their two Labradoodles.
