Knox’s Cancer Journey

Knox was diagnosed with T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia while on vacation in Florida in July 2021. Because his white blood cell count was so high, ground transportation back home was not an option, and he was flown by LifeFlight to Vanderbilt in Nashville. Knox has received over 100 chemo infusions, 19 lumbar punctures, 11 blood transfusions, 7 platelet transfusions, and countless prescription medications. And he has done it all with such fierce bravery and determination. Knox has battled bravely for two years.

While he still has about 18 months of treatment left, he is doing so well today! Knox is a huge Nascar fan and chose #LappingLeukemia as his battle cry. He is ready to put leukemia in his rear view mirror!
