His parents write, “Rocco was originally diagnosed with a Wilms tumor on his kidney. After beginning Wilms therapy and a partial nephrectomy we discovered that he has Burkitts lymphoma. Burkitts lymphoma has almost never presented with a tumor in the kidneys. This is all a mystery to us and the doctors, but not the One who created him. We are on a journey we would have never expected in a million years.”
He loves UGA football, spiderman, balls in general, cars, Disney, Paw Patrol, playing outside with his sisters, remote control anything!! He is interested in sports, too.
Every child who has been diagnosed with childhood cancer inspires us to Rally On to find better treatments with fewer long-term side effects and, ultimately, cures. Please join us in the fight against childhood cancer by making a donation or setting up your own Rally fundraiser today.
