Representative Gottheimer Introduces Bipartisan Legislation to Advance the Fight Against Pediatric Cancer
Representative Josh Gottheimer announced the bipartisan Kylie’s Voices for Childhood Cancer Act, or “Kylie’s Law,” introduced by Reps. Josh Gottheimer and Mike Lawler. The legislation would require states receiving federal cancer-control funding to include pediatric cancer experts in their planning coalitions and would establish a national advisory committee focused on pediatric cancer. Rally Foundation CEO Dean Crowe voiced support for the bill, emphasizing the importance of ensuring children with cancer and their families have a voice in cancer planning.
