Alex’s journey started with a slight pain in his neck. An x-ray discovered a very rare type of cancer called Langerhan Cell Histiocytosis. Only 1 in 200,000 kids get affected by this awful disease. In just on month, Alex had to have an MRI, open neck biopsy, getting a port into his tiny body and starting an intense chemo therapy. Even though scared and confused, Alex goes through all his procedures very bravely and keeps smiling

Every child who has been diagnosed with childhood cancer inspires us to Rally On to find better treatments with fewer long-term side effects and, ultimately, cures. Please join us in the fight against childhood cancer by making a donation or setting up your own Rally fundraiser today.
