Meet Jack

Jack is a four year-old who was diagnosed with a form of childhood cancer called Neuroblastoma. He underwent chemotherapy, surgery, radiation and tandem stem-cell transplants. Currently off therapy and doing well, Jack loves music of all kinds. He is known for singing and dancing to silly songs. If he does not grow up to be a rock star, he is likely to become a scientist, having a love of experiments, puzzles and gadgets. Jack's first love is his herd of stuffed "moo moos," which travel everywhere with him.
