Sam Wyche

As a former NFL head coach Sam has preached the importance of “courage,” “heart,” “teamwork,” “faith” and “resiliency” more times than he could remember. He stated that he met someone who embodied these traits more than any world-class athlete he had ever coached: Rally Kid Alexa (pictured with Sam above). Sam Wyche is continuously promoting 4 Quarters 4 Research and he participated in the Celebrity Softball Game.

Tom Glavine

imageTom Glavine, the 1995 World Series MVP, 2-time Cy Young Award Winner, and 8-time National League All-Star, has served as the spokesperson for our Money in the Mitt fundraising endeavor, and continues as Spokesperson Emeritus.
Tom, and his wife Chris, were personally touched when Will, a child from the school their kids attend, was diagnosed with childhood cancer. The Glavines and the Rally Foundation have led the Money in the Mitt campaign to raise money for childhood cancer research so that kids like Will can receive better treatments with fewer long-term side effects and ultimately, a cure.
