The Rally Foundation's "Rally Fantasy Baseball Tour" is hoping to get funding from Pepsi's Refresh Project. Instead of spending money on Super Bowl advertising, Pepsi started a program to award millions of dollars to charities across the country that are making a difference. All the charities have to do, is get the most online votes every month.

The "Rally Fantasy Baseball Tour" is vying for $50,000 which they will use to take kids with or recovering from cancer to at least 14 Major League Baseball stadiums across the country, including a stop in Denver.

Charity officials are hoping to end the tour at the All-Star game to raise awareness and money for research, treatment and support for families who have kids with cancer.

"It's an opportunity for these kids to have some fun and just be encouraged by being around some positive people," Greg Durfee, who came up with the baseball tour idea, said.

The Rally Foundation is up against 1,200 other charities for the $50,000 prize and is asking communities across the country for their support.

The top 10 charities with the most votes will win the grants.

As of Thursday, the "Rally Fantasy Baseball Tour" was holding at 42nd place.
